我们收集什么 / What we collect

当您浏览网站、使用工具、联络我们或购买产品时，我们可能处理您主动提供的姓名、公司名称、电话、电邮、讯息及交易参考资料，以及基本的网站使用资料。请勿通过一般讯息发送完整银行卡号码、密码或验证码。

When you browse the site, use a tool, contact us or buy a product, we may process information you provide such as name, business name, phone number, email, message and transaction reference, together with basic website-usage data. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or authentication codes through ordinary messages.

第三方服务 / Service providers

购买、付款、网站托管、分析或通讯可能由相关平台处理，例如产品销售平台、付款处理商及网站服务提供者。它们会按各自的隐私政策处理完成服务所需的资料。J&F Works 不会出售您的个人资料。

Purchases, payments, hosting, analytics or communications may be handled by relevant sales platforms, payment processors and website providers. They process information needed to perform their services under their own privacy policies. J&F Works does not sell your personal data.

保存、安全与您的选择 / Retention, security and your choices

资料只在业务、支持、会计、争议处理或法律需要的期间保存，并采取合理措施防止未经授权的访问。您可联系我们查询、更正或要求删除资料；如法律或业务记录义务要求保留，我们会说明限制。

Information is retained only as needed for business, support, accounting, dispute handling or legal purposes, with reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access. You may contact us to access, correct or request deletion of your information; we will explain any lawful record-retention limits.
