Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

数字产品 / Digital products

由于数字文件在付款后可即时或短时间内访问，一旦下载、访问链接或文件已经提供，通常不接受因改变主意而退款。此规则不影响适用法律下不可排除的权利。

Because digital files can be accessed immediately or shortly after payment, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once a download, access link or file has been supplied. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

我们会协助的情况 / Issues we will resolve

• 同一订单被重复收费 / duplicate charge for the same order;
• 付款成功但没有收到下载或确认 / successful payment but no download or confirmation received;
• 文件损坏、无法打开或订单缺少所列文件 / corrupt, unusable or missing listed files;
• 所收到的产品与购买页面说明有重大差异 / product materially differs from its checkout description.

我们会先尝试补发、修复或提供正确文件；若无法合理解决，再按实际情况退款。

We will first try to resend, repair or provide the correct files. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund will be considered based on the circumstances.

提出申请 / How to request help

请在发现问题后 7 天内联系，并提供购买电邮、订单／交易编号、购买日期、产品名称和问题截图。请遮盖完整银行卡资料及验证码。若销售平台规定了不同的强制流程或期限，也须遵守该平台规则。

Contact us within 7 days of discovering the issue with the purchase email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, product name and a screenshot of the problem. Hide full card details and authentication codes. Any mandatory platform process or timeframe also applies.
