waimailao.com 由 J&F Works Enterprise 经营。“外卖佬 / Wai Mai Lao”是其餐饮经营内容与数字产品品牌。使用本网站或购买产品即表示您同意本条款。

waimailao.com is operated by J&F Works Enterprise. Wai Mai Lao is its restaurant-business content and digital-product brand. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

2. 数字产品 / Digital products

产品说明、包含文件、价格及币种以购买页面结账时显示为准。数字产品通常由所列销售平台在付款成功后提供下载或访问。购买者有责任提供正确的电邮地址，并保存下载文件。

Product descriptions, included files, prices and currency are those shown at checkout. Digital products are normally made available by the listed sales platform after successful payment. Buyers are responsible for providing a correct email address and keeping their downloaded files.

3. 使用许可 / Licence to use

除产品页面另有说明外，购买者可在自己或自己经营的单一业务内部使用产品。不得转售、转发、公开上传、复制后分发，或把原始／修改后的文件作为模板或产品出售。

Unless a product page states otherwise, the buyer may use the product internally for themselves or one business they operate. The files may not be resold, forwarded, publicly uploaded, redistributed, or sold as templates or products in original or modified form.

4. 内容限制 / Information only

网站文章、计算器和模板提供一般经营参考，不构成法律、税务、会计或其他专业意见。使用者应按自己的实际情况核对数据，并在需要时咨询合资格专业人士。

Articles, calculators and templates provide general business information and are not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Users must verify information against their circumstances and obtain qualified advice where needed.

5. 付款与交付问题 / Payment and delivery issues

只有付款处理商或销售平台确认成功的交易才视为完成。若已扣款但未收到确认或下载，请不要重复付款，并通过下方联络方式提供购买电邮、时间、金额及付款证明（请遮盖完整银行卡资料）。

A transaction is complete only when confirmed by the payment processor or sales platform. If you are charged but receive no confirmation or download, do not pay again. Contact us with the purchase email, time, amount and proof of payment, with full card details hidden.
